Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
Products with signs of wear, stains, or missing packaging
Personalized or clearance items (unless defective)
🔍 After inspection, approved refunds are issued within 3 to 7 working days
💳 Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer
✔️ Exchanges are only available for size or defect issues
